Antonio was born with a natural inclination to help others. This led him to serve his country in the United States Air Force as a National Registered Emergency Medical Technician. After completing his military service, he continued his drive to assist others by earning his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Georgetown University and then completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.

The desire to care for others led Antonio to open the South Texas Spinal Clinic that he currently runs, as well as operates, as an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. His devotion to his patients and constant determination to offer the best practices possible has propelled him to reach out beyond his expertise and provide extended services to Government hospitals throughout the country.

Antonio’s daily interactions with all levels of the hospital staff personnel provided for a connection and commitment to qualified personnel that were interested in opportunities that would provide exemplary service to our nation’s service members. In addition, being a part of an emerging company that he envisioned becoming the governments go-to provider for medical staffing needs countrywide.

His drive to provide assistance and expertise as well as knowledge to others incensed his desire to expand into another business arena. This concept he turned into a venture thereby creating Military Medical Personnel, LLC where he is joined by fellow retired Military and current surgeon, a current proven medical equipment and emerging medical process Entrepreneur and a current government contracting executive to form his leadership team.

Edward is a United States Air Force Academy graduate and retired Colonel who served as an Orthopedic Spine surgeon for our nations service members for over 25 years. He brings his knowledge, expertise and staffing level resources to the team.

Edward spent his military career initially as a Staff Orthopedic Surgeon and progressed to the Chief Orthopedic Surgeon at Military Hospitals both overseas and within the United States. During this time, he worked hand in hand with numerous medical professionals from all staffing levels and developed a portfolio of resources to provide commitments to serving our Military’s hospital staffing needs.

Ed is a highly experienced and sought-after individual in the field of medical education. He has led, taught, or directed over 15 different educational institutes, centers, programs and staffs. His vast knowledge and connection to the military medical environment brings a vast knowledge, connection, and introspection into the needs of our military hospital staffing and placing the best suited personnel to meet those needs. His current affiliation to military hospitals allows Ed to provide the team with an insight into best practices to match personnel to hospital expectations.

Tim graduated from Colorado State University and has been working within the Medical community for over 20 years.  His entrepreneurial instincts and drive have led Tim to start up and lead multiple medical equipment companies.  Well known and well versed within the community Tim developed relationships with numerous personnel thereby inherently developing a portfolio of resources that he focused on finding an appropriate fit that benefits all.  That fit and his relationship with Antonio and Ed sparked the idea and once again ignited the drive to establish a competent staffing company that can assist DoD and governmental agencies hospitals and clinics.  Thereby providing assistance to our nations servicemembers and their families with proven and accomplished resources from within his portfolio.

Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and earned his MBA from the University of Hawaii. He has been in government contracting for over 24 years with the vast majority of the time working in C-level management (CFO, President, CEO) for government contracting companies. He has a niche for expanding companies growth, revenue, customers, contracts, surpassing 100M per year for multiple companies, while focusing on ensuring the companies were continually surpassing customer and contract requirements and demands. Scott is fully versed and experienced in all types of contracts, T&M, CPAF, CPFF and Fixed Price such that he is able to lead a team to success while working within the customers budget. He is extremely experienced in all DCAA, FAR/DFARS and PGI compliance regulations as well as ISO practices and procedures. Scott has an extensive background in DCAA compliance and auditing as well as State and Federal compliance requirements for government contractors. He has vast experience with all facets of successful DCAA audits for accounting systems, billing systems, cost accounting pools, incurred cost audits as well as State accounting audits and insurance audits. He is excited for this venture as from his time in the military after West Point he is familiar with the importance of caring for our service members and their families. Scott truly believes that utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge Military Medical Personnel, LLC can become a critical resource and team member for our DoD and government agencies hospitals and clinics
